Resuscitating You

About this website

a note on our name

Some of you are dead. You’re walking around in fully functional bodies and going through the motions of life — getting out of bed, showing up at work, making dinner, walking the dog — but inside you feel nothing. No enjoyment. no sense of purpose. No feeling of accomplishment. When your head hits the pillow at night, you sigh in relief that you survived another day.

The name “Resuscitating you” was born from this numbness. We stuff our emotions down, tolerate unhealthy relationships, and constantly berate ourselves for past mistakes. As we do this, parts of us start to die. Our joy, our passion, even our personalities.

but that isn’t how you were meant to exist. The purpose of this website is to help you Heal from the things that have plagued you for way too long and then to figure out how to grow into the person you were meant to be. The best version of you. The one who doesn’t look back, but enjoys each day to its fullest.

Elizabeth Yeter

Hi readers! I am excited to be on this path of healing and growth with you. Healing and growth are intertwined journeys that shape our lives in profound ways. Healing involves mending emotional, physical, and psychological wounds, allowing us to release pain and find peace. This process often unveils deeper insights about ourselves and the world around us. Growth, on the other hand, emerges from the lessons learned during healing. It fosters resilience and new perspectives. Together, they encourage us to embrace change and transformation, guiding us toward a more authentic existence. As we navigate through challenges, both healing and growth empower us to cultivate strength, empathy, and a renewed sense of purpose.
