Submission Guidelines

Resuscitating You is a safe place to share your experiences so that we may learn from each other. We want to hear from you!

Share a personal story in which you learned something.

Share a recipe or an exercise experience you have incorporated in your life which makes you a better and healthier you!

Get creative and share a photo you took or a poem.

Blog posts should be 500-1000 words. Please include a short bio with blog posts, recipes, poems.

Please send your submission to email@resuscitatingyou.com. Text should be pasted in the body of the email. No attachments please other than for photos which should be in jpeg format.

You will receive an email within 2 weeks if we feel your post is a good fit. If you have not heard from us in two weeks, please feel free to send a follow up email.
